Promo Mechanics
Employees of Globe Telecom Inc. are entitled to a discount of 1.5% of the total contract price of any DMCI Homes unit available for purchase.
To avail of the promo, the Globe employee must reserve the unit of his/her choice from February 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020.
The promo is valid only for reservations made through DMCI Homes Corporate Accounts Management (CAM).
How can I avail of the promo?

Our Corporate Accounts Associate will contact you to discuss how to accomplish the online Client Registration Form (CRF). Our associate will guide you through the entire purchase process.
Step 3
If you are already sure of reserving a unit from us, prepare these requirements and submit them to your accounts associate:
Originally signed Reservation Agreement (RA)
Reservation Fee
PhP 20,000 for a unit
PhP 10,000 for a parking slot
Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
Proof of billing
Verified TIN (Form 1904)
